Andrew is an experienced Legal & Compliance counsel with 25 years' experience, across both private practice and inhouse legal roles in Tokyo, Basel, Sydney and Perth.  He has worked for the some of the largest pharma and biotech companies in the world for a combined period of around 13 years.  Andrew also has around 12 years' experience working for top-tier global law firms in connection with M&A transactions, joint ventures, drafting / negotiation of contracts, and provision of corporate and commercial advice.  Skilled in negotiation, drafting, licensing, M&A, FCPA / ABAC, pharma code compliance, data privacy and corporate governance. Andrew is fluent in both written and spoken in Japanese.
