Overview

Hiroko Miyazaki has worked in prominent law firms in both Japan and the USA over 10 years, where she has engaged in a variety of legal matters, including M&A, international transactions, antitrust law, intellectual property law, labor law, personal data protection law, tax law, civil and criminal litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. Hiroko's professional path includes significant roles at Dell Japan, Alcon Japan Ltd., and 3M Japan Limited, where she led legal departments. Between 2021 and 2023, she served as President and Representative Director at 3M Japan. She is also a board member of the International Corporate Counsels Association and a member of the Japan Society for Business Ethics and the Japan Association of Corporate Directors.
