Hiromi Shiraishi

Overview
Since 2000, Hiromi Shiraishi has practiced at leading law firms in Japan and the United States, handling general corporate law, intellectual property law, e-commerce, international transactions, and M&A transactions. She also served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, where she was involved in intellectual property matters and negotiations of economic partnership agreements.
Since 2011, she has led legal departments at two multinational companies and two Japanese companies, overseeing a broad range of corporate legal matters. She was selected for The Legal 500's GC Powerlist Japan for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025. She joined GI&T Law Office as Counsel in June 2026.

Education and Admission
Hiromi received her LL.M. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2003. She was registered with the Dai-Ni Tokyo Bar Association in 2000 and admitted to the State Bar of California in 2003.
