Joel Greer has over 20 years of experience advising and representing companies across Asia, Europe, and North America in complex international arbitration and mediation. His work has involved proceedings under the rules of major institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), and the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR). Joel has handled disputes arising from licensing agreements, construction projects, joint venture arrangements, and sale and purchase agreements.

He also has experience in cross-border mediation conducted under the rules of the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), and the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR). These cases involved disputes over licensing agreements and other contractual matters.
