Overview

Ryunosuke Chinen began his career at MASS Partners Law Firm, where he handled a broad range of matters, including general corporate law, intellectual property law (from applications to invalidation trials and infringement litigation), inter-company disputes (litigation, mediation, and other court proceedings), and general civil cases.
In February 2022, he joined GI&T Law Office, focusing on labor and employment law. He has extensive experience representing employers in employment-related disputes, including complex cases involving collective labor relations, such as collective bargaining and proceedings before labor relations commissions.
In addition to dispute resolution, Ryunosuke provides comprehensive support for workplace management issues, including handling underperforming employees, addressing, mental health concerns, and managing administrative investigations by labor bureaus and labor standards inspection offices.
Leveraging his expertise in labor law, along with experience in intellectual property and inter-company dispute resolution, he provides holistic legal support for corporate activities.

Ryunosuke received his LLB from Keio University, and his LLM from Chuo University, Graduate Schools of Law. He is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association.
