Overview

Yuka Yamada has been engaged in a diverse and dynamic legal career, demonstrating expertise across various sectors. Her tenure at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., beginning in 2010, and subsequent roles at a major pharmaceutical company and a German-based automobile conglomerate, have further enriched her experience in general corporate legal affairs, M&A, antitrust law, personal information protection law, labor law, dispute resolution, and compliance-related matters.
